With more than eleven years of hands-on experience in real estate investing, Amer Batal has built a reputation for strategic leadership, disciplined execution, and consistent results. His career began with individual property acquisitions and has since evolved into the management of large-scale syndicated real estate ventures under Batal Real Estate, the firm he founded to provide investors access to institutional-grade opportunities.

Before establishing BRE, Mr. Batal independently acquired a real estate portfolio valued at over $24 million, spanning residential and multi-class commercial assets. A graduate of Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, he entered the workforce during a difficult job market—a challenge that sparked his entrepreneurial path. Through managing multiple business ventures, he developed the operational insight, financial discipline, and resilience that would later define his approach to real estate.

Recognizing the power of collaboration and pooled capital, Mr. Batal established Batal Real Estate to allow investors to participate in high-quality, cash-flowing real estate projects. His leadership has guided the firm through a series of notable transactions—from setting a record for the highest residential sale in Shelby Township, Michigan, to developing the North Novi Medical Office Building, and expanding into the entertainment sector through Urban Air Sterling Heights and Urban Air Commerce.
